BGC Club House Gala Volunteer
Club House Gala is BGC’s signature event, where the only “Gala” in the event is delivered by the beautiful venue. Relaxed, funny and informal – this is a gala BGC-style. An evening filled with heartwarming stories, as well as great entertainment! Volunteer shifts runs on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, from 4:15pm – 7:30pm OR 4:15pm to 10:30 pm. Volunteers for this event must be 19+ Dress: Black pants, White Shirt - Smart Casual In support of BGC programs serving children, youth and families at our 10 neighbourhood Clubs throughout South Coast BC. You will be supporting a local cause and making an immediate and lasting impact on the lives of kids and youth in our community. We believe that Opportunity Changes Everything! Support us by volunteering for the evening! Available roles include: - Greeting - Reception - Raffle Sales - Silent Auction - Cashier support - Live Auction There will be a 1-hour online Volunteer Orientation meeting prior to the event.

Training provided ahead of event. 1-hour orientation on the day of the event prior to start.
