BIDC • Black + Indigenous Design Collective

BIDC operates on the unceded, unsurrendered, and ancestral homelands of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓ əm̓ and Sḵwxw̱ú7mesh Sníchim speaking people’s of the xwməθkwəyə̓m (Musqueam), Sḵwxw̱ ú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil- Waututh) peoples.

BIDC works towards the advancement of Black and Indigenous voices in the spatial design disciplines - urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, and public art. We look to work and collaborate with those in alignment and support of our mission, and must must be actively anti-racist and demonstrate support for Indigenous Sovereignty and Black Liberation.
