Healthcare Outreach Volunteer (Book Clinic Lunch and Learns)

3-5 hours / weekly
minimum 12 weeks to ongoing
We are looking for a proactive and organized volunteer to help connect medical clinics with meaningful grief support resources.

In this role, you will reach out to healthcare providers and book short Lunch & Learn sessions where a grief specialist educates their team on supporting patients through loss.

You will support outreach to medical clinics (family doctors, OB/GYNs, fertility clinics, and specialists) to introduce a free Lunch & Learn session on grief care and emotional support for patients.

Your role is to connect with healthcare professionals and book presentations where Kimberlee (Grief Specialist) can educate their team. These relationships often lead to ongoing referrals from clinics to support their patients experiencing grief.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and research medical clinics and healthcare providers
- Reach out via email and light phone calls using simple outreach scripts
- Introduce our free Lunch & Learn sessions to clinic teams
- Book virtual presentations directly into clinic calendars
- Track outreach activity and responses (simple spreadsheet or CRM)
- Coordinate scheduling details and confirmations

Success in this role looks like consistently booking 1–3 Lunch & Learn sessions per week.
This is a structured, repeatable outreach role with clear steps and support provided.

What Happens After You Book It:

Kimberlee (Grief Specialist) will lead the session — you are not responsible for presenting.

Who This Is Perfect For:
- Someone interested in healthcare, mental health, or community support
- Strong communicator (comfortable with email + light phone outreach)
- Organized and consistent
- Interested in making a real impact behind the scenes
