Volunteer Team Lead: Connecting Hearts & Purpose
We are inviting a grounded, service-oriented leader from the Be Embraced community to step into the role of Volunteer Team Lead. This is a volunteer position, requiring approximately 2–3 hours per week, and it offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute at a relational and strategic level. Working closely with the Community Connection Board Member, the Volunteer Team Lead will serve as the vital conduit between our volunteers and the Board—ensuring voices are heard, support is aligned, and intentions translate into thoughtful, coordinated action. This role is ideal for someone who naturally holds people together, communicates with clarity and compassion, and feels called to steward relationships rather than manage tasks. As Volunteer Team Lead, you will help sustain engagement, surface insights from the volunteer community, and maintain coherence between on-the-ground service and board-level direction. It is a role of trust, presence, and quiet leadership—where connection is the strategy and care is the currency. If you feel aligned with the mission of Be Embraced and are called to serve as a bridge between heart and governance, we would love to hear from you.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
You'll amplify your leadership skills, deepen connections within the community, and play a pivotal role in shaping impactful service. Grow in trust, presence, and influence—while making a real difference!
