The Grants Lead supports the long-term sustainability of Be Embraced by helping identify, track, and coordinate grant opportunities aligned with our mission of dignity, belonging, and women’s empowerment. This role focuses on researching relevant funding opportunities, maintaining a simple grants calendar, and supporting application preparation using existing organizational materials and impact stories.

The Grants Lead works in partnership with the core team to ensure clarity, consistency, and timely submission of grants. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured work, thoughtful research, and contributing behind the scenes to meaningful community impact—without the pressure of full grant authorship.
