Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven individual to help us secure funding and sponsorships to support our growing nonprofit. This role is essential in helping us expand our programs and create a lasting impact for the women we serve.

Our nonprofit is dedicated to empowering women facing challenges by providing holistic support, well-being resources, and community-driven programs. Inspired by the struggles of our friend Jane as an immigrant and the deep sense of unity found in Latin culture, we believe that connection, support, and beauty can alleviate hardship and help women thrive.

We are currently in our building, awareness, and implementation phase, and precision is key to ensuring our long-term success. Our vision is to create a sustainable, duplicable model that supports women across North America and beyond.

Role & Responsibilities

As our Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator, you will:

Identify potential sponsors, donors, and funding opportunities

Develop and nurture relationships with businesses and individuals aligned with our mission

Help create sponsorship packages and fundraising campaigns

Communicate our vision in a way that inspires and engages supporters

Ensure all fundraising efforts align with our values and long-term goals
