Be Embraced Foundation is looking for a Fundraising Lead to help bring our fundraising initiatives to life and support the growth of our impact in the community.

We already have many fundraising ideas and opportunities ready to activate—from events and auctions to partnerships and community initiatives. The Fundraising Lead will help identify the most promising projects and connect passionate people to lead them, ensuring each initiative has the support needed to succeed.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing projects, connecting people, and turning ideas into action. Rather than running every fundraiser themselves, the Fundraising Lead helps coordinate and empower others to take ownership of specific fundraising initiatives.

What you'll do:

Review existing fundraising opportunities and help prioritize them
Recruit and support volunteers to lead specific fundraising projects
Help create new fundraising ideas that align with our mission
Keep initiatives organized and moving forward
