Also required for this position: • Certified yoga instructor (RYT-200 or equivalent) or substantial experience leading yoga/meditation classes. • Experience working with older adults or individuals with limited mobility is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of gentle, restorative, or chair yoga practices. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient, respectful, and compassionate demeanor. • Basic knowledge of meditation, breathwork, or relaxation techniques.

Yoga & Meditation Instructor Volunteer

The Yoga & Meditation Instructor will lead gentle yoga and meditation sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of older adults. This volunteer will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our members by fostering relaxation, mindfulness, and physical mobility. •	1–2 sessions per week (1 hour per session).
•	Time: Fridays 9:15 am to 10:30 am, time is subject to change depending on availability of the space.
•	A minimum 3-month commitment is requested.
Additional Details & Skills Required
•	CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
•	Preference is given to instructors 55+ years of age or older.
