Camp Leader Assistant - Tri-Cities BC

Do you love working with kids and want to gain hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced environment? We are looking for enthusiastic Camp Leader Assistants to join our team in Tri-Cities this summer!

As a Camp Leader Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily camp operations. You won't just be a spectator , you'll be right in the action, helping to lead games, facilitate creative activities, and ensure every camper feels included and supported. From setting up arts and crafts to leading a spirited game of capture the flag, your energy will help create unforgettable memories for kids ages 5 - 14 years old.

What you'll do:

Assist the Lead Camp Leader in delivering daily scheduled activities.
Supervise and engage with campers during games, lunch, and free time.
Help set up and clean up activity stations and equipment.
Act as a positive role model and mentor, encouraging teamwork and kindness.
Support campers who may need extra encouragement to participate.
