Design & Content Writer Position for a specialized Web App Help Center Project

Paction is working to empower only the best pup small breeders, rescues and shelters across Canada while equally supporting educated decisions among potential pup parents who aim to bring home these pups. In order to ensure that Paction is on top of the current landscape, we require some help with designing and creating written instructions for pup providers who will be creating their profile and integrating other plug-in software.  The current position provides an opportunity for a student or professional to exercise their User Experience and User Interface design skills, their copywriting skills to lead a project in developing a web app help center. This also provides the volunteers with an opportunity to add a new addition to their portfolio. This positions hopes to prepare volunteers for future career endeavours in the digital design field, written content space, and with basic UI/UX Design experience. You will contribute to the design of the interface of a real live site and weigh-in on how to bridge how some of the business requirements should be represented visually, in writing, and functionally on the live site.
