Who Are We? LetsStopAIDS, Canada’s largest youth-led HIV charity, has been accelerating the global HIV response since 2004. With over 15,000 volunteers and 10 global projects, the organization has impacted more than 300,000 youth worldwide. About the Summit NoTimeToWait is a two-day national summit where youth lead the conversation on the questions others won’t ask—demanding the right to learn, be heard, and take control of our health. Designed by youth, for youth, the Summit calls on us to take collective action because if we don’t fight for our future, no one else will. We are looking for volunteers for this year’s Summit, taking place Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Polish Combatants’ Hall (SPK), 206 Beverley St, Toronto, ON M5T 1Z3. Overview We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Photographer / Videographer to capture the energy, emotion, and key moments of the NoTimeToWait Summit. As part of our media and production team, you will be responsible for documenting live sessions, spotlight and panel speakers, youth engagement, workshops, photobooth moments, and dynamic audience interactions. Your visuals will play a central role in bringing the summit’s impact to life across our social media, reports, and future event promotion. This is a high-visibility specialized role for an individual passionate about storytelling through photo and video, who thrives in fast-paced live environments and can work independently to capture high-quality media.

Additional Details Location: Downtown Toronto — In Person Commitment: Approximately 12–30 volunteer hours, including pre-event planning, full-day event shifts, and post-event file delivery.
