Support Youth at BMO Walk So Kids Can Talk

Ashbridges Bay Park Rd, Toronto, ON, M4L 3W6 [map]

Help Means Everything. And that’s why we walk.

We all know the impact of someone showing up — offering time, care, or support when it matters. At Kids Help Phone, that support helps young people across Canada feel heard, connected, and less alone. With young people reaching out an average of 12,000 times every day, the support of dedicated volunteers like you helps ensure they’re met with care, connection, and hope when they need it most.

The BMO Walk So Kids Can Talk is a coast-to-coast community event, taking place in 16 sites across Canada, bringing people together to support youth mental health in their own communities and beyond.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make the Walk possible.

Volunteer if you want to:

Make a meaningful difference in your community

Support young people’s well-being

Be part of a national event with local impact

Meet new people and give back together

Use your time to support something that truly matters

This is more than volunteering.
It’s communities coming together across the country — because help means everything.

Sign up. Bring a friend. Be part of the Walk.
Your support helps ensure young people can reach out and feel supported when they need it most.
