Fundraising Coordinator

Act as Team Leader for the JRTRO Fundraising Team
 Work closely with Administrative Team and current volunteers
who organize raffles and silent auctions
 Work closely with President for fundraising events such as the
Rescue Ruckous
 Explore new fundraising opportunities for the JRTRO, ie. Petsmart
Charities and grants
 Keep Admin Team advised of upcoming relevant charity events,
ie. Giving Tuesday
 May be asked to run new fundraising campaigns, ie. for specific
dogs with major health issues
 Attend Canada Helps free seminars
 Submit year end annual reports to President
Time Commitment:
This position would probably require less than 2 hours/week most
weeks, however, during critical periods, ie. during major fundraising
events, it may be more hours, but would probably never be more than
4 hours/week.
