The Hockey Diversity Alliance (HDA) champions a more inclusive and welcoming hockey community—where every individual, regardless of background, feels seen, valued, and respected. Through grassroots programs, advocacy, education, and strategic partnerships, we drive meaningful change both on and off the ice.
Focusing on BIPOC, racialized, new immigrant, and new Canadian communities, HDA promotes diversity and inclusion within Canada’s national sport. Our mission is to foster an environment where all players, fans, and stakeholders are embraced and empowered to participate, helping to grow and enrich the game for everyone.
