Joining Family Shed means building a website that gives people tools and the internal infrastructure that keeps Family Shed organised.

The Family Shed Program has been successfully running since 2024, but it is very much a “by the seat of your pants” organisation. Now it is ready to grow, and grow quickly, to encompass the geographic area covered by 32CBG. That means covering from Oshawa to Barrie and around the Golden Horseshoe to include all of the Niagara Peninsula.

It’s time to stop flying by the seat of our pants, get our stick on the ice, and be well organised.

Adages and clichés aside, we need to accomplish three tasks:
1.	Configure a backup system that ensures everyone has the most recent files
2.	Configure Copper CRM and Google Workspace
3.	Finish the website and webstore to supply tools and proffer merch
