We invite you to volunteer at your local Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History on Sunday May 31, as we gather in communities from coast to coast to step toward breakthroughs in cystic fibrosis research and care. 

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting Canadian children and young adults. At present, there is no cure.

A few hours of your time at the event will help us create lasting memories and real change.
