65 Roses Gala Committee Member

The 65 Roses Gala Committee is a group of volunteers who support Cystic Fibrosis Canada by promoting the event to a wide audience of donors and anyone who may be interested in the supporting the efforts to drive life-changing advancements in cystic fibrosis (CF) research, care, and advocacy. Must be 19+ to apply.

This year's 65 Roses Gala takes place on Saturday, November 2nd at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. It's a fun evening that you can help bring to life and will drive life-changing advancements in cystic fibrosis research, care and advocacy.  

As a Gala Committee member, you will:

-Attend gala committee meetings regularly (virtual meetings)
-Work with sub committees and key CF Canada Staff in the planning of the event
-Fundraising and participating in “asks” to prospective donors &/or businesses
-Assist in stewarding donors, current and prospective
-Tap into your networks for potential donors and publicize the event to your connections and social networking media platforms
-Help with set up and tear down day of the event
-Assist in selling tickets, sponsorship and securing action items
-Assist in media outreach and securing marketing opportunities

We are particularly looking for committee members to support a few key areas of responsibility on the committee:

-Auction Procurement
-Entertainment
-Ticketing & Sponsorship
