Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation

3250 Bloor Street West, East Tower, Suite 600 Toronto ON M8X 2X9

The Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (CPFF) is a registered Canadian charity established to provide hope and support for people affected by pulmonary fibrosis (PF). A relatively common “rare” disease, pulmonary fibrosis affects about 30,000 people in Canada, and this number is growing. There is no cure, although there are treatments to slow the progress of the disease.

We work closely with patients and caregivers, medical experts, and governments. With the support of dedicated volunteers, staff and our sponsors and donors, we aim to achieve our mission and vision.
