Data Entry Clerk

Seniors Outreach is a volunteer-run non-profit organization serving seniors in Kneehill County. We have several programs in place, which include transportation, Meals on Wheels, Community Service, visiting and mentoring, health and wellbeing, and office and clerical. 

As a data entry clerk, you would be inputting data recorded on paper by our volunteers and reception staff into our Salesforce database. 
The position is casual (1-2 days/week at most), but must be completed in the office in Three Hills. 
Experience is not necessary; training can be provided.

Seniors Outreach uses Salesforce - prior experience with a CRM would be helpful, but not necessary. Training will be provided.

Data entry is extremely important, as we require the data to provide reports to the grant bodies that help fund us. This is an ideal volunteer role for anyone who wants to help but may not want to be directly involved in a more public-facing role. 
It requires attention to detail and organizational skills. This would be an excellent learning opportunity for someone who wants more experience with a CRM or in a clerical role.
