SaskAbilities is a registered charity and operates under the authority of the Non-profit Corporations Act, 1995, of Saskatchewan. We are dedicated to providing programs and services to people experiencing disability in Saskatchewan.

Volunteer opportunities for SaskAbilities Programs are currently offered in our Summer Fun, SLYP-Out, and Day Programs, as well as through fundraising events and with Partners in Employment here in Swift Current.

Summer Fun is a summer program offered in July and August that provides children and youth experiencing disability the opportunity to experience a variety of community-based, outdoor, and group recreational activities aimed at fostering community inclusion, encouraging social skill development, and increasing the self-confidence and self-esteem of participants.

SLYP-Out is a recreational program offered in all branches that provides youth and young adults experiencing disability opportunities to interact, have fun, and gain independence while participating in social, leisure, recreational, and cultural activities within the community.

Our Quality of Life Day Programs provide adults experiencing disability with opportunities which are designed to create and offer community connection, personal development, and recreational activities.

SaskAbilities has branches located in Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton, with five Partners in Employment offices located in Moose Jaw, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton. Each branch location offers a Special Needs Equipment depot, with an additional depot in Prince Albert. Manitou Beach is home to Camp Easter Seal, and Provincial Services resides in Saskatoon.
