As we scale our Recruitment-as-a-Subscription-Service (RAASS™) model, we are seeking dynamic, driven, and entrepreneurial Inside Sales Representatives to join our mission to redefine hiring. 

Position Overview 

This is a commission-based role ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, building client relationships, and contributing to a growing company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing subscription-based recruitment service packages. 

Key Responsibilities 

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and set appointments 

Educate prospects on the RAASS™ recruitment model and its advantages 

Conduct virtual product demos and pitch tailored solutions to organizations 

Manage and update leads using the CRM (Zoho CRM experience is an asset) 

Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients 

Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets 


Compensation Structure 

This is a commission based role with no base salary 

Earn $25 per appointment scheduled 

Earn $1000.00 commission on net revenue from each closed subscription sale 

Earn 10% commission on one off contingency hiring sales 

Eligible for monthly performance bonuses on sales milestones 

Top performers may transition into a salaried + commission role within 6-8 months 

 

Working Hours & Conditions 

Flexible hours; minimum availability of 20 hours/week is recommended 

You are responsible for your own workspace and tools (laptop, phone, internet) 

You will be considered a self-employed independent contractor, not an employee
