The Flare Initiative is seeking a volunteer website developer to help build and maintain our organization’s website. This role involves setting up a clean, functional, and easy-to-navigate site that communicates who we are, what we do, and how people can get involved. Once launched, you’ll support ongoing updates including adding new content, adjusting layouts, and keeping everything current and accessible. You’ll collaborate with the communications and design team to ensure the website reflects our brand, supports campaigns, and highlights upcoming events and initiatives. Experience with website development platforms, along with basic understanding of design and user experience is preferred. The Flare Initiative is a national nonprofit organization focused on first responder suicide research, data collection, awareness, and prevention. Your work and contributions will have an immediate impact and we look forward to you joining our team!
