The Flare Initiative is a nonprofit organization shining a light on first responder suicides through research, data collection, awareness, and prevention. Our mission is to reduce first responder suicides through data-driven prevention and we need your help. We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our Board of Directors and contribute to our mental health and suicide reduction initiatives and programs. What You’ll Contribute - Experience and expertise in mental health support and suicide prevention - Guide program and strategy development - Attending board meetings and collaborating with our team Your work and contributions will have an immediate impact and we look forward to you joining our team!
