Shea-Lynn's Butterfly Effect (SBE) is a small but growing charity focused on saving lives through seatbelt education and awareness. With the right operational support, we can expand our reach and protect even more families and communities.

OVERVIEW

Are you someone who enjoys staying organized and supporting a mission behind the scenes? This role is especially meaningful for retirees, people who enjoy computer work, or anyone looking to stay active while making a difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Examples)

Data & File Management
• Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, and digital records
• Track social media analytics and enter survey data
• Organize files and documentation with accuracy and care

Research & Resource Support
• Research statistics and information related to SBE’s mission
• Source supplies and materials for events and outreach
• Build student safety awareness packages as directed

General Administrative Tasks
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and preparing materials
• Respond to emails and internal messages with clarity and warmth
• Support logistics before, during, and after events

Team & Collaboration
• Support team members as requested by the Executive Director
• Attend special events when available
• Help identify potential sponsors or revenue opportunities through your network

LOGISTICS

• A hybrid role (In-office and remote) requiring bi-weekly visits to our office in St. Albert; Class 5 license and vehicle required.
• A consistent weekly schedule (a few hours per week) is required.
• Minimum 6‑month commitment.
