Volunteer Opportunity: Kitchen Support Squamish Helping Hands provides daily hot meals to members of our community. Each week, our dedicated staff and volunteers serve approximately 630 meals to individuals and families in need. Kitchen volunteers play a vital role in supporting staff and helping ensure that nutritious, delicious meals reach everyone who comes through our doors. What You’ll Do: Serve prepared meals to community members with warmth and care Maintain a clean and organized serving station Follow proper food safety procedures at all times Assist with food preparation and cleaning, including dishes and kitchen work areas Shifts Available: Lunch: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm Dinner: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Who This Role is For: This role is perfect for anyone who wants to make a direct impact in the community. You can commit to a weekly shift or pick up shifts casually as your schedule allows.
