Volunteer Opportunity: Meals On Wheels Delivery 

Squamish Helping Hands provides twice-weekly hot meal delivery to vulnerable seniors in our community. Each week, our dedicated volunteers deliver 60+ nutritious and delicious meals throughout the community. All meals are made with love, from scratch by our kitchen team. Meals On Wheels volunteers play a vital role in supporting the MOW program and helping ensure that nutritious, delicious meals reach seniors, helping them to continue living independently in their homes.

What You’ll Do:

Delivery prepared meals to community members with warmth and care

Provide a friendly visit to seniors living in the community

*Must have your own vehicle

Shifts Available:

Monday 2pm-330pm

Thursday 2pm-330pm
