Workjiffy, in collaboration with Anchorpoint Settlement Services, is seeking dedicated volunteers to support early-stage startup activities.

 Workjiffy is a Canadian-built marketplace designed to connect local talent with real opportunities quickly, safely, and professionally. We’re building something that empowers people to monetize their skills, support their communities, and stay independent.

As a volunteer, you won’t just “help out”. You’ll be part of shaping a growing tech platform from the ground up. You’ll gain hands-on experience, contribute to real impact, and collaborate with a purpose-driven team committed to trust, innovation, and community growth.

1. Growth & Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities: 
* Run Google Ads,
* SEO strategy Email automation
* Social media growth Referral program management

2. Community & Jiffer Success Lead Role: 
Responsibilities:
 * Onboarding guidance Profile optimization help Retention outreach
* Build loyalty programs 
* Handle feedback loops

2.. Grant Writers
* Research and identify relevant municipal, provincial (Alberta), federal, and private grant opportunities aligned with WorkJiffy’s mission and growth stage
* Research relevant grant opportunities
* Write and submit grant proposals
* Prepare budgets and supporting documents
* Ensure compliance with funding guidelines
* Track deadlines and manage grant calendar
* Prepare grant reports and outcome summaries
* Maintain proposal templates and funding database
