Social Media Coordinator

4-10 hours / weekly
Ongoing; 6-month commitment preferred
Help conservation stories reach and engage more people.

Founded in 2021, the Canadian Conservation Photographers Collective (CCPC) is a nonprofit collective of photographers and storytellers working to promote conservation and science education through powerful visual content. Our members bring experience from fields such as biology, education, journalism, social work, and business. By combining our skills and networks, we make pressing conservation issues more visible and accessible.

As a volunteer **Social Media Coordinator**, you’ll help bring CCPC’s online presence to life. You’ll share compelling images and stories from our photographers, highlight campaigns and conservation topics, and help create opportunities for people to learn, connect, and engage. You’ll collaborate with a remote team to schedule and publish content, maintain a consistent voice and visual identity, and reach broader audiences across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

This is a chance to contribute your social media experience and creativity to a mission you care about—from anywhere in Canada. If you have at least two years of experience contributing to social media accounts and an interest in conservation, photography, storytelling, or environmental issues, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a strictly volunteer position. Apply here: https://forms.gle/wbWbpdBxSt81M5Se8
