The African Society of Strathcona County is gearing up for the African Festival happening on September 7, 2025 and looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring this vibrant celebration to life! Who: Everyone is welcome to volunteer with us! Youth are encouraged to sign up! Where: The African Festival is taking place at Peace Park (Besides Festival Place) When: Join us September 7th from 12:00 to 6:00 PM! What: Volunteers are needed for different areas including: 🎪 Event setup & takedown 🎨 Kids & youth activities 🍴 Food coordination 🎤 Stage & performance support 👋 Guest welcoming & more! 🌟 Youth are especially encouraged to sign up! Parents, this is a great opportunity for your teens to gain valuable experience, meet new people, and contribute meaningfully to their community.
