You are a self-starter who thrives on building systems, leading people, and achieving measurable results. ------ Necessary Experience & Abilities: -Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience in program management, department leadership, or project management, preferably in the non-profit, sales, or business development sectors. - Sales & Partnership Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, partnership development, and relationship management.
