What You’ll Do:

- Assist with volunteer recruitment, screening, and onboarding
- Track applications, interviews, and onboarding to help maintain HR records
- Communicate with staff and potential volunteers
- Interview potential volunteers regularly
- Support improvements to HR processes (onboarding steps, volunteer postings, etc.)
