Rosewood Manor is an outstanding non-profit long-term for seniors. Rosewood Manor provides 24-hour nursing care and supervision, recreation programs, and support service to residents. A community bathing program supports the community at large.

Opened to serve the Richmond community in 1982, Rosewood Manor originally had 120 single rooms distributed over 2 floors. In 2004, Rosewood Manor entered into a partnership with Richmond Health Services and Vancouver Health Authority to add 30 new beds, for a total of 150 complex care beds and 1 respite bed. In 2019, the 1 respite bed was incorporated into the complex bed count. The current census is 151 residents living in subsidized beds.
