Purpose of the Job:
The Content Creator will play a vital role in supporting Inspired 2 Uplift's mission by producing engaging and informative video content that highlights initiatives, events, and impacts. This includes raising awareness and understanding of disability issues within the community. Additionally, the role will focus on leveraging various social media outlets such as Instagram and IG Reels to attract more leads for recruitment purposes

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and produce video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and YouTube.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm content ideas that align with Inspired 2 Uplift's mission and upcoming events.
Film and edit video content, ensuring it meets brand standards and communicates our message effectively.
Assist in the management of the content calendar to ensure timely publication of video materials.
Engage with our community through visual storytelling to increase visibility and impact of our advocacy efforts.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Enrollment in or completion of highschool or a university program.
An understanding of branding and the ability to produce visually appealing content that aligns with organizational goals.
Experience in video production, including filming and editing
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for social change and commitment to the values of Inspired 2 Uplift.
Comfortable in front of the camera

Working Conditions:
Mostly remote work with occasional visits to (local) event locations for filming.
Flexible hours, requiring approximately 2-4 hours per week, with increased availability during event coverage.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle and operate camera equipment.
