Are you passionate about giving back to your community and being part of a fun, inspiring fundraising event? The ALS Society BC and the Move to Cure ALS – West Kootenay Coordinator are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this special day a success.

On Saturday, August 22, families, friends, and supporters will gather at Gyro Park to celebrate hope, community, and the shared goal of creating a future without ALS. This location holds a special place in our history—it was home to our very first walk and has been a dedicated participant since 2004.

Whether you're helping with event setup, participant support, or cheering on walkers, your time and energy will make a meaningful difference.

If you're available to lend a hand and be part of this inspiring community event, we'd love to have you on our volunteer team. Apply today—we look forward to welcoming you!
