Woody's Triathlon

Woody's Triathlon in a non-profit event that has been operating in Red Deer for over twenty years. Our annual weekend event offers events for Kids of Steel (KOS) aged 5 to 15, the Junior Sprint aged 16 to 19, Adult Sprint, Adult Relay and Try-A-Tri! All events are held at the Michener Centre and involve up to 500 local children and up to 200 youth and adults. Leading up to the race, Woody's Triathlon offers a multi-week training program that aims to prepare athletes for the race. This involves pool time and coaching, transition zone training, and other support activities.
