Medical First Responder Volunteer - Training Provided

As a medical first response (MFR) volunteer, you’ll provide life-saving first aid and help reduce the risk of further injury or illness at public events.
Additional Details & Skills Required
The Medical First Response training is completed over three consecutive weekends (8-5 Sat/Sun, only Saturday on the third weekend). This training takes place 2-4 times per year at the St. John Ambulance training centre. Students need to attend every day of in-class instruction and pass the course with an 80% on a 100-question exam.
Certification or Education Required
Intermedate/Standard First Aid - Level C, Basic Life Support
