Club Treasurer

/ monthly
One year (starting November 2025)
The Treasurer is the financial manager of the Club. The Treasurer is responsible for receiving, depositing and tracking all money. They must provide detailed reports and records of all finances pertaining to the Club. They also manage all bills, financial contracts, employee payroll (usually 1-5 employees ant any given time) and grants. The Treasurer also files annual reports with AGLC, Alberta Societies, and WCB. The Treasurer serves for a one year term elected at the AGM (November each year). We have a bookkeeper on payroll to help with balancing accounts payable & receivable and to build reports each month for meetings.
Certification or Education Required
Would be fantastic if you have experience in a treasurer position or bookkeeping experience
