Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery

The Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery works at creating community through storytelling, history, and art. We are a non-profit, charitable arts and heritage organization that is dedicated to preserving stories, building culture, and sparking creativity in Central Alberta. We operate year-round offering a permanent exhibit that tells the story of "Remarkable Red Deer", temporary exhibitions of contemporary art and social history, accessible art making and heritage related public programming, and special events for our community. We are home to over 65,000 artifacts that make up our permanent collections which are carefully conserved to be used for research and telling the stories of Red Deer & District.
