Key Responsibilities

Cleaning:
Wipe down, sanitize, and refresh donated items as needed
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, shelves, and storage areas
Sorting:
Assess incoming donations for quality and suitability
Organize items by category (e.g., clothing, books, housewares, toys)
Separate items that need special handling or repair
Pricing:
Assist in labeling items using established pricing guidelines
Identify unique or high-value items and flag them for supervisor review
Shelving & Merchandising:
Stock shelves and racks in an organized, attractive manner
Rotate inventory to keep displays fresh
Ensure aisles and displays stay neat, full, and shopper-friendly
