We have a number of residents who would like to take advantage of our lovely summer weather! This Seasonal position calls for volunteers interested in socializing on a one-on-one basis with residents that wish to be accompanied out for a short walk in the surrounding neighborhood. Some portering assistance will be necessary, training will be provided. 

Frequency: Depending on volunteer's availability

Time Requirements: 15-20 minutes per resident, Tuesday through Thursday as the weather permits.

Location: Neighborhood surrounding Extendicare-Michener Hill.
