About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and patient Volunteer Baking Instructor to lead hands-on baking sessions for our community. This role is ideal for someone who loves to teach, enjoys working with people of all ages, and wants to share their culinary skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging baking lessons (e.g., cookies, breads, pastries, cakes).
- Teach basic baking skills, kitchen safety, and proper food-handling techniques.
- Prepare ingredient lists and coordinate with staff for supply needs.
- Create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for participants.
- Adapt activities to different skill levels and group sizes.
- Ensure the workspace is clean and safe before and after each session.

Qualifications:
- Strong baking knowledge and experience (professional or hobbyist).
- Comfortable teaching or facilitating group activities.
- Reliable, friendly, and patient.
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Previous teaching or volunteer experience is a plus but not required.
