Event Organizer & Logistics Volunteer – Chords of Care Tri-Cities Branch

Chords of Care is a youth-led nonprofit that brings live music to care homes and underserved communities. We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Organizing Team — the heart of what makes our events run smoothly! As an Event Organizer & Logistics Volunteer, you’ll help with planning performances, managing event-day logistics, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. If you’re passionate about music, community service, and working with others, this is a great chance to build your leadership skills while making a difference. Volunteer Duties: - Help plan and schedule outreach events - Assist with setup and support during events - Keep track of volunteer signups and logistics - Represent Chords of Care at events and collaborate with care homes - Optionally help with social media, outreach, or project ideas Skills & Qualifications: - Strong communication and organization skills - Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented - Interest in community work, leadership, or arts admin - No music background required (but it’s a bonus!) - Open to youth ages 13–20 who can commit long-term *Note: This is specifically the Tri-Cities branch (Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody)
