Volunteers are essential because they:

Ensure event safety and organization (dock marshals, staging, athlete flow)

Assist with team registration and information services

Help create a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere for participants and spectators

Without volunteers, we cannot deliver the organized, safe, and exciting festival experience that introduces new participants to the sport and strengthens team culture.
