Our mission is to alleviate the suffering caused by mental illness and improve the quality of life for those affected, their families, their friends, and the community. We do this by providing free mental health services in the form of two programs: Peer Support and Family Support. Both of these programs include individual and group support, educational courses, and assisting with community resources. Both online and in-person services are provided at the Mental Wellness Centre.
