Reception Support
Update files, including volunteer files, as requested by respective Coordinators. Complete data entry for volunteer hours, transportation and volunteer lists, and program attendance Make outgoing calls as requested by Coordinators. Update documentation logs/statistic sheets and other listings as requested. Load printers with paper supply. Check and maintain facility asset lists for Administration Coordinator as requested. Maintain PWC and Community bulletin boards. Update and discard old. Maintain Resource Directory as needed. Maintain order and cleanliness in the PWC office and other rooms (e.g., wipe down tables, Keep the kitchen and coffee table tidy and stocked with cups and water plants) Assist Program coordinator in making coffee and set out goodies for programs as required. Assist Program coordinator in set up and take down of supplies/equipment for programs, services, and special events. Check, and if needed, add supplies to shopping list in main office (paper towel, toilet paper, coffee) Check and refill soaps, paper towels etc. in the kitchen and bathrooms. Run dish washer before leaving. Put away clean dishes. Decorate for special occasions (eg: Christmas, Valentine, Easter) Send thank you cards for drop-in donations. Send receipted tax donations as requested by Administrative Co-ordinator. Paper shredding as requested.
