As the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor with WUSC Guyana's project Empowering the Next Generation: 

Agency and Gender Equality (ENGAGE Youth) in Georgetown, Guyana, you will support the WUSC in managing, developing and implementing the WUSC ENGAGE Youth project’s monitoring and evaluation strategy.

Certification or Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Rural Development, International Development and/or any other relevant field

-Support and guidance from the WUSC Volunteer Mobilization Team prior to departure and from WUSC Country Team while on assignment
-Pre-departure training to learn about the volunteering for development program, gain practical skills for living and working in an intercultural context and network with other volunteers
