Are you passionate about youth empowerment and education? Do you have e-learning design and development skills to share? 

As the E-Learning Design and Development Advisor with Jamaica 4-H Clubs in Kingston, Jamaica, you will support Jamaica 4-H Clubs Clover Online Training Institute (COTI) to design and develop their free online courses to 4-H clubs, leaders, agri-project participants, and other Jamaica 4-H Club stakeholders.

Certification or Education Required
-E-Learning content development experience
 -Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), especially Moodle as a course management system
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
-Support and guidance from the WUSC Volunteer Mobilization Team prior to departure and from WUSC Country Team while on assignment
-Pre-departure training to learn about the volunteering for development program, gain practical skills for living and working in an intercultural context and network with other volunteers
-In-country orientation upon arrival in country of assignment
-Language training in country of assignment, where required
-Modest monthly living and accommodation allowance.
