Through outreach programs, collaborations, and community initiatives, the Foundation promotes dignity, confidence, and empowerment.

Position Overview

The Asanty Beauty Foundation is seeking a technically capable and organized Volunteer Website Development Team Lead to manage and support the Foundation’s website and IT support volunteers. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the Foundation’s Wix website, coordinating updates, and ensuring the site supports organizational needs and outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable guiding others in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the Website Development and IT/Support volunteer team.
 Manage updates, improvements, and maintenance of the Foundation’s Wix website.
 Work with leadership to identify website needs related to programs, campaigns, and  communications.
 Assign tasks and provide guidance to website and IT support volunteers.
 Ensure website content is current, functional, and aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
 Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordination of technical issues.
 Support onboarding and orientation of new website/IT volunteers.
 Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling organizational information.

Qualifications

English required; French is an asset.
Experience or familiarity with Wix or website management platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate and guide volunteers remotely.
Detail-oriented with a focus on functionality and user experience.
Comfortable working independently and meeting timelines.
Aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
