Position Overview

The Asanty Beauty Foundation is seeking a proactive and organized Volunteer Outreach Team Lead to manage and guide the Foundation’s outreach efforts. This individual will oversee a team of outreach volunteers and support relationship-building with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is confident in communication, organized in execution, and motivated by community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Outreach volunteer team.
Guide volunteers in outreach initiatives, communications, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with leadership to identify outreach goals, opportunities, and priorities.
Support relationship-building with community partners, nonprofits, and potential collaborators.
Assist in planning and tracking outreach activities and outcomes.
Provide structure, guidance, and feedback to outreach volunteers.
Support onboarding and orientation of new outreach team members.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling organizational information.

Qualifications

English required; French is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience or interest in outreach, partnerships, communications, or community engagement.
Ability to lead and coordinate volunteers in a remote setting.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing follow-ups.
Aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
