Position Overview

The Asanty Beauty Foundation is seeking a proactive and organized Volunteer Outreach Coordinator to support the Foundation’s outreach efforts. This individual will assist in coordinating outreach activities, engaging with community partners, and helping the Foundation expand its network. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, organized in execution, and motivated by community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives.
Support communication and follow-ups with community partners, nonprofits, and potential collaborators.
Track and report on outreach activities and outcomes.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling organizational information.

Qualifications
English required; French is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting remote coordination.
Aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
